The trial is seven days with everything switched on and no card required, so most of this should never be needed. It exists for when it is.

If ClickHelm is not what you wanted, tell us within thirty days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask you to sit through a call before we agree.
This covers the first payment on a new subscription. Renewals are not automatically covered, because by then you have had a year or a month of the thing working.
Write to support@clickhelm.com from the address on your account and say you want a refund. That is the whole process.
Payments are processed by Paddle, so the refund is issued through them and appears on the same card or account you paid with, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.
The same thirty days applies. After that, an annual subscription can be cancelled to stop it renewing, but the remainder of the paid year is not refunded — you keep the licence and the updates until it ends.
Cancel from your account at any time, with no notice period and nobody to talk to. Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Everyone you have blocked stays blocked afterwards, permanently.
